The American Goldfinch is
a favorite of many backyard bird watchers. Their color, song, and
flight pattern demonstrate the cyclical nature of life. What goes up
must come down. Everything that is will peak and trough in its own time
and at its own pace.

The Northern Cardinal has

fatherhood, and renewal of energy through the awareness of self
importance without it coming at the expense of others.

manage all energies.
