Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are calculated based on UPS standard shipping from our warehouse. Please see UPS.com for further information on how they calculate shipping. There will also be a $3.50 handling charge assessed for each order, regardless of how many items are ordered. Please be advised that due to anti-fraud and security measures, we are unable to accept orders or ship to locations outside of the continental Unites States.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery during off-peak months and 10-15 days during peak months. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your order. Please be sure to provide a VALID email address with your order, as you will not be able to receive your tracking number without it. This will also be used to contact you regarding any back-ordered items you may have on your order.

Return Policy

We only accept returns of merchandise that is in unused condition; within 30 days of receipt. If an item is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Damages

We need to be contacted immediately if there is a shipping damage to your order. UPS and Fed-EX will not honor any shipping damage claims after 15 days and must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of package.

You will then will need to hold onto the box(s) for 10 business days in case UPS or the manufacturer decide to pick it up (this is based on the type of damage, and who cause it, so please keep your boxes.) When calling, please let us know if a replacement or credit is needed.
